Business Description
Personal Training
My name is Christopher Meguerditchian. I'm certified through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) currently a personal trainer at LA Fitness. My exercise program is very simple and well structured. I am currently training the Santa Clarita area (Valencia, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Sand Canyon, Agua Dulce, and Castaic). I will help you reach your personal goals. Whether your goals are to lose body fat, sculpt your body, training for sports or to improve your overall health and appearance. You will be completely shocked by my program! My high intensity exercise program will help you transform your body. With my program, your opinion and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health will change. All my exercises for clients are done at parks or tracks unless you have a community gym we can use. My main exercises are agility, plyometrics, and high intensive strength training. I charge $25 an hour and couples $40 an hour.
